This is the easiest vanilla sauce recipe ever! It contains only 3 ingredients and goes perfectly on just about any sweet like pancakes, waffles, bread puddings, fruits, and much more!
Ingredients
- 1 A1 Vanilla organic vanilla bean
- 480ml whipping cream
- 65g sugar
Instructions

Slice vanilla bean lengthwise and scrape the caviar out.
- Place all ingredients (including vanilla pod) in a saucepan, and bring to boil over medium heat. Stir constantly.
- Reduce heat to medium-low and continue to cook. Stir occasionally for 10-15 minutes until mixture thickens.
- Serve warm or slightly cool. It will thicken as it cools.
Tips
- The sauce is good for a week when kept in the fridge in an airtight container.
- You can add 1 stick butter for a thicker, creamier consistency.
